We're not a general-purpose agency. Webcrafties is an opinionated studio built on a specific thesis about what small businesses need in the AI era, and what they keep getting sold instead.

Student unions distribute bursaries, emergency aid, and club grants through weeks-long manual review: different reviewers, different outcomes, long backlogs while students wait for money they qualified for.

Granta is a weighted-scoring platform we designed and shipped: configurable criteria, automated eligibility screening, real-time budget tracking, equity analytics, and a union-branded student portal. Rolled out in a single week.

Reimbursement portal Dawson Student Union 10K+ students

A transit reimbursement portal students could actually use.

The DSU's OPUS pass reimbursement was paper-based and manual: long waits for students, heavy admin burden for the union, and receipts that quietly went missing between offices.

We built a branded self-serve portal integrated with the iCommute program. Students submit, admins review, money moves. No spreadsheet bottleneck, fewer tickets, faster payouts, zero lost receipts.

Taking a course idea from zero to a live pre-order funnel.

A domain expert wanted to turn their Raspberry Pi 5 expertise into a paid course, but needed the funnel, product delivery, and payments built from scratch, plus copy that could actually convert.

We built the full Pi 5 Launchpad product site: conversion-focused structure, lifetime-access positioning, a 1:1 coaching add-on, and the curriculum delivery stack. Idea to pre-orders in a single sprint.

Who's the ideal Webcrafties client?+

What do you mean by "AI-native"?+
It means AI isn't a marketing layer; it's in the architecture. We use LLMs, automation, and modern AI tooling wherever they genuinely reduce cost, save time, or unlock something that wasn't possible before. We won't shove AI in for its own sake, and we won't charge you for a chatbot you don't need.
Do you only do AI projects?+
No. We do custom software, web apps, portals, high-converting websites, product launches, and internal tools. AI is often part of the build, but never the whole point. See our work section for the range.
How fast can you actually ship?+

Every engagement is fixed-scope and fixed-price. Sprints start at $5K, Builds start at $12K, Partner retainers start at $4K/month. Final pricing is scoped on the intro call against the specific outcome. We don't bill hourly, and we don't send surprise invoices.

You do. Always. We hand over the repo, the deployment, and every account. We're not building a moat around you.
